We offer one to one counselling for children, young people, adults and couples. Our team of highly skilled counsellors are trained to work with a variety of issues including;

We provide counselling for primary school aged children using play therapy, art therapy and creative interventions, we give children an interactive and safe space for them to get the support they need for the challenges they face.

Couples Counselling
Our couple’s therapists are trained to provide relationship counselling using an integrative approach, coaching couples to enhance their relationship, overcome conflict and create a shared future.
Crisis Counselling
We are passionate about preventing suicide in our community. We are also committed to supporting people who have been bereaved by suicide through group support or individual counselling sessions.

We have several centres located within communities across the Southern and Northern Trust areas. We take self-referrals as well as referrals from GPs and other professionals.
