GET SCHOOL COUNSELLING

To refer for counselling, please click on the button below and complete the following form. When we receive your information, you will be added to our waiting list and we will be in touch with an appointment.

Counselling is confidential, which means your counsellor won’t share what you’ve talked about with anyone else unless you suggest that you are at risk of being harmed or someone else is being harmed.

If you’re unsure about whether or not counselling is for you, you can go along at your school’s drop in session, and talk to your school counsellor to see if you’d like to come for counselling.

What is counselling?

Talking to a safe adult who won’t judge you or tell you what to do, can really help you to feel more positive and able to overcome difficult emotions and situations. We can all feel overwhelmed at times and being able to talk it through with a trained counsellor can make all the difference and give you the tools to move forward.

Counselling can help your manage and overcome the following issues;

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Low self esteem

  • Anger

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Issues around bullying

  • Family breakdown

  • and many more

When you fill out a form for counselling we will ask for your consent to hold your information and to contact you. If you would like more information about your right for privacy and data protection, just click on privacy notice below.
