General Counselling

Links Counselling Service provides confidential and professional counselling to all members of our diverse community.

It is our heart that no one journeys alone through a difficult time of life.

We offer one to one counselling for children young people, adults and couples.

Our team of highly skilled counsellors are trained to work with a variety of issues including;

Depression

Anxiety

Bereavement

Low self esteem

Trauma

Relationship issues

Sexual abuse

Spiritual issues

Disordered eating; including obesity and binge eating

Trauma related issues

Suicidal ideation


If you are having thoughts of suicide, we will endeavour to provide you with an assessment within 48hrs. We also recommend contacting your GP or going straight to A&E if you are at risk of suicide.

We provide counselling for children and young people using a variety of creative interventions and child led therapeutic approaches. We offer play therapy as well as CYP counselling using play and art.
